Recipe: Dessert for Two's Pumpkin Chai Cupcakes
Total time: 1 hour
Ease: easy
Unusual ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin puree, Earl Grey tea

My cupboards became full of pumpkin-y ingredients this fall: pumpkin pie filling, canned pumpkin, pumpkin butter. It was time for a week of pumpkin desserts. Total time: 20 minutes
Ease: easy
Unusual ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, cream of tartar, shortening
