Recipe: Objetivo: Cupcake Perfecto's Royal Wedding Cupcakes
Total time: 30 minutes
Ease: easy
Unusual ingredients: earl grey tea

Earl Grey Chocolate Cupcakes not your thing? Then check out these vanilla versions!

These cupcakes had significantly fewer ingredients, so it was a little bit quicker to make the recipe. That being said, if you’re in the US, give yourself some more time to convert the measurements and translate the page! These cupcakes were my husband’s favorite out of the two, though they were a little drier than their chocolate brethren.

Even more than the other cupcakes, this was like eating tea. It’s awesome. I did have a hard time with this recipe because it calls for tea in bags instead of loose tea, and I had a harder time straining the tea leaves from the milk. But I think that the Earl Grey tasted better in this version of the cupcake.

And now, without further ado, a giant picture of an Earl Grey cupcake.

I have just discovered your blog – but I’m already in love with it! This recipe combines 2 of my favourite things – vanilla and earl grey – with my current obsession: lavender… I can’t wait to try it! However, is it just my poor Spanish? I can’t find any mention of vanilla in the original recipe…

You’re right! Just lots of butter and milk… :) Maybe I should refer to them as “sugar and earl grey cupcakes”? :)

Oh, ok, thanks! I think I’ll put vanilla in there anyway… ^^
